The Business Law Journal hosts an annual Symposium exploring relevant topics involving the intersection of business and law. The Symposium provides an opportunity for students, faculty, and leaders in both the business and legal professions to meet and discuss important current events. The symposium for 2010 will explore Technology Transactions in the Post-Financial Crisis Economy. The symposium will facilitate discussions of potent topics related to the future of technology-based transactions and the impacts these transactions have had and will have on the practice of law. In particular, the symposium will examine (1) how the financial crisis has changed the market in technologically rich areas and (2) how future technology transactions will differ as a result of the financial crisis.
Practitioners, scholars, and students are encouraged to attend. If you would like to contribute to the event through sponsorship or direct donation, please contact our Marketing Director.
Technology Transactions in the Post-Financial Crisis Economy is scheduled for Friday, March 12, 2010.
