The UC Davis Business Law Journal readily accepts articles from professors, attorneys, businesspersons, professionals, law students, and others. Submissions should be cited generously (in Bluebook format) and conform to Strunk and White's Elements of Style. To better facilitate the inclusion of articles that broadly address current issues arising in the intersection of business and the law, authors are encouraged to keep their works short. The Journal will reformat your article to match our website look and style.
