Alison Cubre is a third year law student at UC Davis. She received her BA in English from UCLA and enjoys volunteering with the developmentally disabled.

Chris Ditico





Christopher Ditico (Class of 2008) is the Senior Articles Editor for the UC Davis Business Law Journal, and is also a member of the UC Davis Law Review.  Prior to attending law school, Chris earned a B.S.C. in Marketing and a Minor in Communication at Santa Clara University.  Chris is also a popular club/mobile disc jockey in the San Francisco Bay Area, acting as head DJ for the Another Level DJs.

Ashley Shively





Ashley Shively is a second year student at UC Davis School of Law.  Ashley’s contributions to BLJ include Staff Editor and Articles Editor.  She also conducted an interview for the Spring 2007 edition discussion on foreign investment and land use in China.  Ashley is working this fall as a judicial extern at the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California.  Ashley received her B.A. and M.A. from Johns Hopkins University with a focus on local government. 
Dan Stokes



Daniel Stokes is a law student in the class of 2009 at UC Davis. Last summer, he worked as a judicial extern for The Honorable Dana M. Sabraw, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Prior to law school, he interned for the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service in Slovenia . He worked in the sales division at Hormel Foods and in Business Banking for Wells Fargo . He earned a B.S. in Agricultural Economics with high honors from the University of Illinois , and studied abroad in France and Japan.

Mikayla Gow





Mikayla Gow is a second year student at UC Davis School of Law. Mikayla is currently the Senior Interview Editor for the Journal and also conducted an interview for the Fall 2006 edition discussing the Fair Housing Act. Prior to law school, Mikayla earned her B.A. in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara in 2006.

Ali A. Karaouni (Class of 2008) is the business director of the UC Davis Business Law Journal.  Ali is also a member of the UC Davis Law Review.  Prior to attending law school, Ali earned a B.S. in Agricultural Resource Economics and a B.A. in Political Science at UC Davis.

Munish Dayal





Munish Dayal (Class of 2009) is the Technology Director for the UC Davis Business Law Journal.  Prior to attending law school, Munish earned a B.A. in Government and History from Dartmouth College, and worked in New York for Citigroup and Morgan Stanley.  Munish worked as a staff editor for the Intellectual Property practice area of the BLJ last year.

Regina Yeh is a second year law student at UC Davis. She received her BA in English from UCLA .  During law school, Regina clerked with the U.S. Attorney's Office in Sacramento and externed under Federal District Judge R. Gary Klausner in Los Angeles .

Nitoj Singh






Nitoj Singh is a second year law student at the UC Davis School of Law. Prior to law school, Nitoj worked as a Research Associate for Affymetrix, Inc. In addition, Nitoj has had significant Bio/Pharma experience with positions at Chiron (now Novartis), the U.S.D.A., and the NYU Department of Biology. His interests include Intellectual Property Law and Constitutional Law. Nitoj received a M.S. in Molecular Biology from New York University, and a B.S. in Genetics from UC Davis.

Christina Poulsen



Christina Poulsen is a second year law student at UC Davis. Prior to attending law school, Christina spent two years working as a corporate paralegal at a law firm in  New York.  Christina graduated from Dartmouth College with a double major in Government and Philosophy.  In addition to international business, Christina's interests include securities, mergers & acquistions, and corporate governance.
